How should I clean my Primo water bottles?
To keep your bottles clean, please follow these simple steps:
Soap: Use a very small amount (approx. 1/4 teaspoon) of mild dishwashing liquid per 10-liter bottle.
Wash: Vigorously swirl the soapy water inside the bottle to coat the entire interior surface.
Rinse: Rinse the bottle thoroughly with clean water until all soap residue is gone.
Dry: Allow the bottle to air-dry completely and keep it sealed when not in use.
How can I keep my water tasting fresh?
For the best-tasting water:
During Transport: If you are transporting empty bottles in a hot car or trunk, slightly loosen the caps. This prevents pressure from building up and causing the bottles to bulge.
During Storage: Store your filled water containers in a cool, dark location. Always keep them away from chemicals, cleaning supplies, or dusty areas to prevent contamination and odor absorption.

What is the Fail-Safe™ shutdown system?
The Fail-Safe™ system is a critical safety feature on our dispensers. It is connected to the Ultraviolet (UV) light, which is a final barrier against microorganisms. If the UV light ever burns out or malfunctions, the system will automatically shut down and prevent water from being dispensed, ensuring you only receive perfectly purified water.
