The owner needed a digital storefront that was simple to manage, easy to navigate for customers, and equipped with essential e-commerce features — including shipping options, user accounts, and live customer support.

Small beauty retailers often struggle with two things:

  2. Trust & support — first-time visitors need reassurance and a fast way to ask questions.

The client also needed a system where they could easily add products, manage inventory, and process orders without technical overhead.
