Step 2. Design & Development

- Design Sprint (for Web & Branding): We create initial concepts, wireframes, or mood boards for your review.
- Feedback & Revisions: We present the designs and incorporate your feedback over a set number of revision rounds.
- Development (for Websites): Once the design is approved, our developers begin building a fully functional website.
Outcome: Approved visual designs and/or a working development site.

Step 3. Review & Refinement
We fine-tune the details to ensure everything is perfect before launch.
- Client Review: You receive access to a staging site (for web projects) or PDF proofs (for book/branding) for a thorough review.
- Content Integration & Revisions: You provide all final content (text, images) and we implement it. This phase includes a final round of tweaks and adjustments.
Outcome: Final sign-off on all project elements, confirming you are happy with the final product.

Step 4. Launch & Delivery
The exciting moment we make your project live or deliver the final assets.
- Final Payment: The remaining 40% balance is due before the final files are delivered or the website is launched to the public.
- Website Launch / Final File Delivery: We push the website live, transfer all source files, or deliver the final print-ready book files and brand guidelines.
- Handover/Training: We provide any necessary training (e.g., on your new CMS) to ensure you feel confident and in control.
Outcome: A live website or a complete set of final, high-quality files in your hands.
